  • Is this a one-time incident or a recurring incident?
  • What did you observe (specific sentences, documents seen, witnesses, etc. The more details are shared, the more helpful it will be for us.)
  • We are interested in your opinion what you think might be the consequences of the incident/case you observed?
  • Is there any evidence or witnesses to investigate the incident?

The more information you share, the easier it is for us to investigate or move forward with the report.

How our reporting system protects you:
  • No identifying information is given of the contact persons.
  • Your message will be tailored to make it even more anonymous. This means we remove double punctuation and the system changes all letters to small letters.
  • All information is encrypted end-to-end, so your sensitive data is safe.

What you can do to ensure your anonymity:
  • If you are not on the corporate network (Internet / VPN) when you write the report.
  • If you are not using a device provided by your employer (smartphone, computer, etc.) when you write the report.
  • If you do not use expressions or abbreviations that you often use in conversations or emails.
